Partner & Vice President of Sales
John's career with Rainier Surgical started in March of 2002, working in sales selling DME and our surgical line Wright Medical. In 2015, John joined his two colleagues, Jim Ort and Pua Tagoai, as a distributor principal for Breg Orthopedics.
Jeff Padilla
Director of Sales
Jeff Padilla is Rainier's Director of Sales. He joined the company in 2010. He specializes in building high-performing teams, developing strong customer partnerships, and helping healthcare providers achieve better outcomes through innovative solutions.
Starr Knigge
Business & Operations Manager
Starr is the Business and Operations Manager at Rainier Surgical, bringing 14 years of experience with the company since joining in 2012. She oversees the business operations and supports organizational efficiency, helping to drive the company's commitment to delivering high-quality surgical solutions.
Annelise Davies
Field Service Manager
Annelise joined Rainier Surgical in 2024 and oversees service operations for accounts throughout the Pacific Northwest. She brings over 10 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a background as an athletic trainer at the Division 1 level and assisting in orthopedic clinics and operating rooms.

Nate Hanna is a University of Alabama graduate with a degree in Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant at Rainier Surgical, Nate brings creativity, strategy, and a passion for helping Rainier connect with patients and other companies.

As Sales Enablement Manager at Rainier Surgical, Jennifer loves helping the sales team succeed by providing the tools, training, and support they need to make a difference. She enjoys building relationships, collaborating across teams, and contributing to exceptional patient care.

Territory Manager
Ciara is the Territory Manager for Rainier Surgical and has worked in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry for the past six years, including the last three years with Rainier Surgical. She works alongside her Associate Sales Representatives, Alisa and Lizzy, to support providers, patients, and sales throughout Western Washington.
Alisa Rangel
Associate Sales Representative
Alisa is a recent graduate from the University of Washington, where she has gained experience in the sports medicine and physiology fields. She joined Rainier Surgical in 2026 and works closely with patients and providers across the South Puget Sound region.
Elizabeth Olson
Associate Sales Representative
Lizzy Olson is the Associate Sales Representative for Rainier Surgical's North Puget Sound territory, partnering with healthcare providers that support exceptional patient outcomes. She recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is passionate about building trusted relationships through responsive service and clinical support.
Trevor Haggin
Service Representative
Trevor has over 15 years working in medical billing, customer service, and delivery. He has been with Rainier Surgical now for a little over 1 year. He takes pride in ensuring the client's needs are met, and any issues are handled in a timely manner.
Jon Ruskin
Service Representative
Jon has worked in medical transportation for 6 years, after two decades in the hospitality field. He joined Rainier Surgical in January 2026, and is enjoying working with clinics and hospitals throughout the Puget Sound Region, making sure they are equipped to get their patients up and moving as quickly and comfortably as possible.
Jack Millsap
Patient Care Coordinator
Jack supports patients, providers, and clinics throughout the care coordination process, focusing on clear communication and accurate documentation. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings a background spanning healthcare administration, logistics, and sales to the Rainier Surgical team.

Nick Moog
Territory Manager
Nick joins Rainier Surgical Group from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso where he served as the Clinical Department Administrator for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery & Rehabilitation. Prior to his time at Texas Tech Health, he spent over 16 years in DME and Sleep Therapy as an Account and District Manager achieving multiple President's Club awards while at Pacific Pulmonary Services. He loves spending his leisure time with his wife and son, traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, and indoor rock climbing.

Associate Sales Representative
Ikaika brings healthcare industry experience in staffing and workforce solutions for healthcare and public-sector organizations. He joined Rainier Surgical in 2026 and works with providers across the Inland Northwest.

Andrew has over 10 years of experience in durable medical equipment (DME), account management, and healthcare provider support. Since joining Rainier Surgical in 2022, he has partnered with physicians, therapists, and healthcare facilities across Idaho and Washington to deliver orthopedic solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service that improve patient outcomes.

Samantha has a background in healthcare and patient services, specializing in orthopedic bracing and DME solutions. She joined Rainier Surgical in 2025 and works closely with providers across Idaho to support their DME and patient care needs.

Sales Representative
Zane has five years of sales experience, including four years focused on durable medical equipment. He joined Rainier Surgical in 2024 and works closely with providers and patients throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington to support their bracing and rehabilitation needs.
Tia Wilkins
Spine, Knee & Rehab Specialist
Tia has more than 20 years of experience in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, specializing in spinal bracing and helping healthcare providers deliver the right orthotic solutions to improve patient outcomes. She is passionate about providing exceptional service, building trusted relationships with physicians and clinical teams, and ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care. Her experience includes working closely with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation providers to support conservative treatment and postoperative recovery through evidence-based spinal bracing solutions. She takes pride in combining clinical knowledge with responsive customer service to simplify the DME process for both providers and patients.

Respiratory Specialist
Erin has 12 years of experience in the respiratory therapy field, specializing in sleep apnea solutions and patient education. She joined Rainier Surgical in 2025 and works closely with providers across the Pacific Northwest.

Fitter
Jason has 7 years of bracing experience with a focus in patient and clinical education. He joined Rainier Surgical in June of 2026 and will be working closely with the providers in the state of Oregon.

Service Representative
Art has 20+ years of experience working in the DME field and SNB locations. Specializing in wheelchair and hospital bed repairs. He joined Rainier in 2025.
Mariquia Alferez
Associate Business Representative
Mariquia joined Rainier Surgical in 2026. She brings experience as a Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator and an Orthopedic Medical Assistant, providing her with a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered perspective.

Nancy has been in healthcare for three years, beginning her journey at a general surgeon's office in Anaheim, CA. She is passionate about helping patients feel supported and cared for, and works closely with Rainier's reps and providers to ensure they have everything they need. She is proud to continue her healthcare journey here in Oregon.

Jen has over 20+ years' experience in the Durable Medical Equipment/Prosthetic and Orthotic field. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico she relocated to Alaska in 2015. She joined Rainier Surgical in 2026 to become the face for Alaska.
